How long do we have to download our photos?
Gallery storage lasts 12 months from your event date, or creation if no date is set. Download your original files before expiry so you can keep your own copy.
What if our venue has poor Wi-Fi?
Guests need an internet connection to upload. They can keep the gallery link and upload later using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Does the sign package include printing?
It includes digital designer templates. Printing and shipping are separate. For printed keepsakes or a tailored celebration package, contact us for a quote.
